Decks are the best way to cover the floor area of your addition. Decks look and feel far superior to paving or concrete and with the new composite decking that requires no maintenance you don’t even need to oil it. Decks look great around a pool or spa and give a level non-slip surface all the way around. Decks are also ideal for sloping sites, as almost no earth works are needed as the posts can all be different lengths depending on the slope.
Decks can be made to any shape or size, with levels, built-in bench seats, and timber screens.
The substructure of decks is made from CCA Treated Pine which has been found to have little movement and resists rot and insect attack. All post sit on hot dipped galvanized steel posts shoes and connected using galvanized bolts
After the deck is built and looks great, I will give it a few coats of stain or oil and leave you to enjoy it!
